Anyone looking to improve their vertical, 40 time, 60 time, broad jump, bench press, squat, mobility, and more!!

Join Former Colorado State University Football Player Richard Pixely and Former Pro Baseball Player Shea Bell for BB Sports’ 12 week program.

Focus of the Program

Create stable, strong, quick twitch muscle while create the most efficient movements possible. This will maximize the output of the force you are putting out with out any wasted energy.

The Structure of the class will go as follows

  • Date Range: Sep 7th- Nov 24th
  • Days: Tuesday and Thursday
  • Times:
    • Youth Ages 9-13: 5:30-6:45pm
    • High School Ages 14+: 6:45pm-8:00pm
  • Workout Focus
    • Week 1-2: Correcting and Creating Efficient Movements
    • Week 3-6: Creating Quick Twitch and Stable Muscles
    • Week 7-12: Improving Strength and Power Output
