Full Body Fitness 101

  • Our beginner/intermediate class
  • For people who have less than 6 months experience of 2-3 times per week and looking for a slightly lower difficulty level
  • We will be doing mainly body weight and free weight movements
  • Goal is to get the burn calories, tone muscles, and overall health

Full Body Fitness 201

  • Our more advanced class
  • For people who have been training at least 2-3 days per week for over 6 months and looking for a more difficult workout
  • We will be doing an assortment of lifts involving body weight, free weights, resistance bands, barbells
  • Goal is to get the heart rate up while increasing strength, mobility, and overall health
