New Client evaluation
All new clients are required to complete an Evaluation with BB Sports in order to start training
An evaluation consists of the following sessions
Hitting
- 30 minute session
- 4 Camera Angle Mechanical Analysis
- Hittrax Data Analysis
- Diamond Kinetics Analysis
- Full Mechanical Breakdown Voiceover
Throwing/Pitching
- 30 minute session
- 4 Camera Angle Mechanical Analysis
- Rapsodo Data Analysis
- Full Mechanical Breakdown Voiceover
Mobility/Strength
- 30 minute session
- Full body ROM testing
- Full body Strength Testing
- Full body explosive testing
