BB Sports Evaluation: Required by all Programs

An evaluation consists of a skills portion and a gym portion.  The skills portion is done with HitTrax and 4D Motion technology to get real time biofeedback and analytical data.  The gym portion consist of FMS and ROM testing to test body movements in 7 different planes of movement and mobility of various body parts vastly important in baseball/softball movements.  Click Here For More Info Below!


Peak Top Program: ***Our Elite Program***

This is our top of the line training program for serious athletes that are looking to play college and pro ball! This is a highly advanced training program that focuses on the skills, biomechanics, and mobility/strength needed to preform at the highest level!  Commitment to a 10-12 week program with 2-3 week evaluation period combining for a 12-14 week program.    Click Here For More Info Below!

Peak Performance Sessions:

This is for the athletes that still want the same great training, but don’t want to commit to same day/time every week.  If you are a more serious athlete that is willing to train every week, Peak Top is more for you.  If you want to get guidance but only want to go so often, this is for you.  Click Here For More Info Below!

Personal Lessons/Training:

Personal Lessons are for the beginners that need a little more instruction on the movements of the swing.  These are for the clients that are just starting out and would like to get a solid foundation before entering Peak Top Program.  Click Here For More Info Below!

We are looking for committed athletes that are wanting to elevate their game to that next Peak Top and continue their passion for the game.  

This requires a commitment for the entirety of the program. 

Spots are limited and only the annual clients will have spots guaranteed from season to season.

Yearly Plan

Year commitment plan that is paid monthly

Whats Included…

  • 4 Evals included at the start of each season
  • 100 session to be used for 1 day a week(2 sessions)
  • 2-   4 to 6 week  take home workout plans at the beginning of each season( 8 total)
  • Open Cage Access(Roughly 150 hours a year)
  • 10 % off gear, equipment, and any additional sessions needed for the year
 
Priced out individually that would cost $5,600 or $466/month
