We have you fill out a form that gives us the best days and times to fit your schedule and our schedule! We have groups running almost everyday!!

- 3- 90 minute session working skills and athleticism
- Session will broken into 2- 45 minute sessions to work on Hitting, Pitching, Fielding,Strength, etc.
- Custom app with workouts and homework
